Please open your parcel immediately after receiving it. Damage, if any, contact our sales and send us detailed pictures of the damages, after reviewing we will give solution at the first time.
Can I return my neon sign if it turns out bad quality?All our product are tested for quality and packed well for delivery; 1 year warranty is offered for your order; If any problem for using the product, contact our sales after receiving product for timely help. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
DisclaimerNeon signs are sculpted by hand, there is no moulding or machine to bend the glass tube. For this reason, we can't guarantee that each neon will be 100% same as the pictures presented in our website.
