I give this a 4 star review for 3 reasons.
1. The sign’s edges were rough when it showed up, I had to sand them down, especially the “The” section has a lot of strands left.
2. I was under the impression that the whole thing was gonna be one piece but the “The” is separate of the last name.
3. The remotes doesn’t work but my phone does work with it.
Otherwise the quality and product is amazing!
Sign delivered quickly. It's great quality and I love all the options on the dynamic color changing one. Can't wait to use this sign for future events.

Always nervous ordering from sites like this. But it’s legit sign was awesome came way faster than I thought like 1-2 weeks and it worked was packed nice and gave me a lot more confidence in this. I will use these guys in the next 3 years again when a big event happens that calls for a cool neon sign
Our neon sign is perfect! The quality is so nice & the sign itself is sooo bright! The dimmer is really great too. When we got our first one, there was a spelling error so I reached out to the owner-he responded so quick & immediately got another sign out to me within that week. I can’t wait to see how pretty it looks at our wedding reception & I will definitely be ordering from here again!
